The International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is an American multinational technology and consulting corporation. IBM manufactures computer hardware and software, and offers infrastructure, hosting and consulting services in areas of mainframe computers to smart city type project .
Selection Process:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
1. Written Test
2. Technical Interview/Group Discussion(if no of candidate more)
3. HR Interview
Written Test:
1. Number Series(18-20 Questions)
2. Aptitude(18-20 Questions)
3. Reasoning
Some time they ask some question related to Email writing. it depends on which type of recruitment is going on .
